Boys Ashore is a multimedia feature story created for my MSc degree in Digital Journalism. In the Autumn of 2020, I was living in the English seaside town of Hastings. The town has been home to generations of fishing families. As the first lockdown lifted, I wanted to capture the thoughts and mood of a community on the brink as they faced the perfect storm of Brexit & a global pandemic.
